Life is full of a opportunities, and we have to be prepared to seize them before they pass by.

Pamela is an artist, teacher and transformer. All her life she has creatively used her skills to help transform peoples' ideas about their lives. Change your perspective with her help and experience.

As a hypnotherapist using guided relaxation and hypnosis, Pamela is able to help people find the origin of problems, realise their impact and find ways to transform their lives with creativity. Her gentle, nonjudgemental caring approach focuses on you personally. Everyone is unique in her eyes.

As a teacher opening minds to facts, ideas and possibilities she has transformed thousands of lives. She taught Art, History of Ballet, Theatre and Costume at the NSA, and was then headmistress of Parktown Girls' High School for nearly 10 years. She and her dedicated team impacted on thousands of girls during their school days.

As an artist she records and transforms ideas and observations in portraits and landscapes and has taught many to use the creative right side of the brain. She has also designed and made historic costumes to transform actors into the 'real' people the audiences see. Pamela knows the value of using the creative right-brain to think laterally, to observe closely, and find and use difference. She believes in the therapeutic value of art for all ages.

Pamela has been very fortunate to have had extraordinary opportunities which came at times when she was willing and able to say Yes. Each changed the course of her life.

She went to Parktown Girl's High School where much later she became the principal. After BA in English and History of Art at Wits she studied at Wits Tech and became an art teacher. Her careers as teacher of English, art, ballet and theatre history, life skills, principal, costume designer, artist and transformer have brought her into contact with many people whose life work is to help others, and with many others who need help to follow their path to success.

Her passion is to help people change their perspective on their life, and achieve their potential using various techniques suitable for each individual and the perceived problem.

In 2003 she studied with Thomas Budge, South Africa's leading hypnotherapist. She has certification from the South African Institute of Hypnosis and is affiliated to the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association. Pamela is also a member of the Hypnosis Guild of Southern Africa, and continues to study and attend workshops to increase her insight and skill. She also has the second certificate in the Usui system of Reiki..

She has been in practice since 2004 and has helped hundreds of clients to change their perspective on life, realise their self worth and strengths, and change unwanted habits. It is now the most important part of her life, both challenging and satisfying.

Pamela's interests include painting professionally, mainly portraits and landscapes, and she is also interested in the therapeutic value of art.

She designed and made historical costumes for plays, taught advanced Scottish Country dancing, and was a voluntary guide at the Johannesburg Art Gallery. She enjoys reading, mainly biography, travel and history; enjoys family, friends and travel.

She has a rescued cat.

She is what you might call a grateful gardener, as she is delighted when a plant or shrub arrives unexpectedly and thrives.
